Returns & Refunds
Refund and return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Items must be unused and in their original condition to be considered for a return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
